Hainanese chicken rice
Made my 2nd time Hainanese Chicken Rice ( one of the most yummy Singaporean delicacy), its slightly more successful than my 1st attempt and I invited James and David to sample my test cooking with me.Oh yah btw I am a true blue Hainanese ( a dialect and also a province/island of China, meaning my ancestors came from there, now apparently its a very happening beach resort:P) so though it may not be the real yummy food, still it qualifies as chicken rice cooked by a Hainanese ha!

It's a real treat! I love chicken rice! :) Don't forget the vegetables in oyster sauce though.

don't take it personally, but i think it looks more like some piece of meat dipped in black sauce! hahaha...
but i do understand when you terribly missed home, sometimes even some chili sauce could make you feel near home...

eh uncle, you have to taste the rice to know its chicken rice, and its authentic hainese chicken rice chilli sauce mind u and if u look closely you will see a string of kai-lan hahaha
