Reflections from my new shoes
I should have known, and i actually expected it, but i went ahead and bought them anyway.My new black shoes from Charles and Keith have just given the back of my ankles a new definition of pain and rather a new style of walking, on my toes.:P
Makes you think about all the predictable things in your life, be it a cute guy that you see, a new relationship, or even very yummmy food, that you may overeat...you could practically see the warning sign flashing all over it. But again, you think, it could be different this time, afterall its a new person or new food or new shoes, and you are different at different stage of your life, so it may work...you think? Should have known better?
Alas, youth gives us the strength to try anew everytime, makes me think sometimes that the popular quote "leaving no regrets" is overhyped.

Ying "leaving no regrets" is definitely overhyped... we are human and we will always have regrets... I do every day, for example joining you for fish head curry last night and then getting 3 hours of sleep playing catch up from work. :) At least the food was yummy. :)
I can't believe you have "reflections from shoes"... such a Singaporean shopper aren't you? I'm going to step on those bad boys. :)
