Well I didnt know and within that one day, the seemingly wide divide of religions seem so interconnected and not so far off afterall. Thanks to Fida and Ana being my muslim and catholic guide while we were cruising along the Asian Civilisation Museum last Sun, for the very cool SEA exhibits and also the Journey of Faith-Vatican City exhibits. Now ACM is ranked No 2 after Night Safari for the top top top Singapore Tourist destinations for me.

  • Jesus is considered not only as a saint, but as a prophet, God's messenger too. And Islam accepts Christianity as God's religion too, but what is believed (according to Islam) is that Christianity was changed by people as time passed. So the Moses, Solomon, David, Abraham,... till Adam. If you had studied these 2 religions, you can see that they are same in a lot of ways. Buddhism is different in many ways from these religions in terms of practices, concept of God, etc. Acc. to Islam, it is believed that 124000 messengers/prophets were sent by God, and in Quran only some of them are mentioned by their names. I have some opinions about Buddha, but I don't think it is right place to discuss these deep issues here.
