From Krabi to Seoul, Sun-tanning to Skiing

"Another man's flesh is another's poison"
Hmmm... what else? think I am getting awfully reflective and philosophical of the late. Must be due to nearing the end of the year mood...
Am all tanned/ sunburnt/chocolified ( I was even significantly darker than Babi Kangkong when we compared yday) / not forgetting PEELING back from my weekend trip to Krabi, wished I would instead be going further up in the northern hemisphere where those pple who kill, rob. die, be horribly jealous for a "brunt" complexion than going to countries ahem! who worships the whities....
Going to Seoul ( yeah the land of goodlooking, doe-eyed, hot chicks and hunks well judging from the Korean serials that took Asia by storm) for a long awaited family trip ( oh boy this is going to be "interesting"!) this weekend for 6 days, think the last time we did that was in 2002? Anyways as my sister vehemently objected against taking a tour package which would be a much easier option travelling with 2 oldies, and 3 kids, and for a cty that speaks little english. I had to do background research for the itiernary for Korea, booking for ski resort and accomodation, well so far the tourism websites are really helpful, lets see when I get there. Its going to be freezing minus something degrees there, " horray" :P and yeah at least my winter boots and jacket are in use again!

On Krabi, clear turquoise waters, sandy beaches on an array of different small isles, went to Podi and Chicken islands( this isle which is shaped like chicken really!). Definately going to go back and do the rest of the isle- hopping! Plus I got to do my 1st ever pedicure which I have already ruined.:P
Oh well.....Maybe I will end up looking exotic in Korea then harhar
