A Little Lightheaded

Started on a 14 day No- Carbo! ( bye bye rice, noodles, pasta, bread and biscuits) diet 2 days back, diet consists of only yogurt, meat, vegetables and fruits. Sugar level in blood is down, which makes me kinda light headed these few days. What great timing with Xmas and new year round the corner- feasting scene and parties in action, I know I know, but I thought what the heck! Have to start somewhere. Will be aiming to go gym 3 X times a week as well. If there are no results seen by then, fine i can celebrate by feasting on the 2nd Jan.

Oh by the way, some interesting discoveries to share before you take that drink for Xmas or New year :)
