Look around you now, how many of your friends would you trust/ or want to set up a business with....
Even though you may be the best of friends, sometimes there are just certain principles or values or just the way of looking at things are so different that financial things are best kept aside, and just be a friend.

Hey dear,
Look around.. there seems to be so many that i would like to start the business with. No doubt in capacity and ability in them. Still, would it be worth to jeopardize the friendship?
So far, I have been looking for the answer of how well does having friends as business partner can be? At the same time, in this networking world, it's too tempting to fall in that jeopardy though.

For sure the reason why you are friends with someone has no absolute connection with qualities you look for in a business partner.
Anyway it's more fun that your best friend(s) have his/her own businesses and then you can trade secrets.
