What a joy!
To receive money when you least expect it :)
Just as I was about to crush and throw this envelope from Switzerland, thinking its another magazine subscription advertisement. An ABN-AMBRO cheque peeked out at me, for SGD29.66, addressed to my name. Skeptical, i looked over the cheque again and again to see if its made out with conditions attached like you get this money if you continue subscription etc as I was seriously not expecting this. Then I realised that its becoz Business Week stopped their Asian Version which I previously subscribed to, launching their Global version, they have to refund me the remaining subscription fee for a few more issues! Aha! Money when you don't expect, its like Free money! Ka-chink, ka-chink! :D
