Transport council sets new bus service standards

Would like to think that I was "one of the commuters" who contributed constructive feedback which they took into consideration in making these new standards and improvements.

Synopsis of having smoother rides:
Here are some key requirements spelt out by the PTC:
> Bus operators will be required to run a hotline and post up-to-date information on routes and schedules at the interchanges and bus stops, as well as online. Previously, such information could be found only at bus interchanges and some bus stops.
