Priorities

Priorities...
1. Precedence, especially established by order of importance or urgency
a) An established right to precedence.
b) An authoritative rating that establishes such precedence.
2. A preceding or coming earlier in time.
3. Something afforded or deserving prior attention.

More commonly associated with work life, in terms of datelines, meetings, agendas, projects...with the exception of Mr D who uses it more often in deciding whether to splurge for a weekend trip across continents or a nice meal.

I have my 2-cents to add for this "Priorities" concept:

• Priorities is cruel when it concerns the heart. Be it friendship or relationship.
• The feeling is lousy when you discover that you are not Priority No.1 in the eyes of Friend A when you treat him/her as YOUR No.1. Sounds alittle like unrequited love i know :P
• Logically speaking, if priorities of 2 pple do not match, it would be unfair to continue in the same manner as 1 party should undoubtly be deserving of less attention. However, the illogical expression is still widely predominant.

How hard for us to achieve equilibrium in this world, won't be it nice if you are treated the same way as you treat other pple? Like a rubber ball, it bounces back with the same amount of energy which you exert over it.
