do you call your close friends bitches? or some other 'derogatory" words? Would they get offended?

Offended? Dunno... never checked. Let me ask my bitches first.

some do get offended, and that is what makes it even funnier calling them bitches, no?.

Kidding! I do not call any of my friend BITCH (I actually call THAT my enemies. AH! And Fiona Xie, as she seems to be quite a BITCH, too!) ha ha ha
